Emblems

You may know “emblems” as “patches.” The two terms are interchangeable. Our embroidery machines embroider emblems that are made with 100% polyester twill fabric and 100% polyester embroidery threads. However, we can also sublimate your racing logo on an emblem. It just depends on what “look” you are envisioning.

Emblems are available in any shape or size. The minimum size is 1″ x 1.75″ and the maximum is 13″ x 17.5″. You can select from a merrowed border or a stitched border. And, you can select the color of the fabric and border stitching–You can even choose to have a glow-in-the-dark emblem. Further, each can be customized and cut to the shape of your design or racing logo. And, as noted above, we can embroider or sublimate your racing logo on the emblems.

Emblems can be a perfect option for pit crew racing shirts, racing jackets, and racing hats. Emblems offer an entirely different appearance than embroidery and screen printing. We can make them so that you can sew on to your garment or use a hot iron for application.

Pricing depends on a number of variables: size of the emblem, shape of the emblem, and logo decoration. And embroidered logo on an emblem is going to cost slightly more than a sublimated design. Further, if you want the emblem cut to the shape of your logo, then cost may rise as well.
